Utilities (Cupboard under stairs)

The property is of eco construction, insulated with triple glazing and underfloor heating throughout. There is a combi boiler with hot water available on demand.

The heating is set to a programme to come on for periods throughout the day, as are the towel radiators. We would prefer you to leave the main settings as they are. Both the central heating and towel radiator, “boxes”, should be on, “Auto”. Should you not feel the property is warm enough you can turn the individual thermostats up (which are in each room). These display the actual heat and the desired heat. Should this not be sufficient there is an, “extra hour”, button on the towel radiator and central heating boxes.

  • The actual room temperature is the larger number. The required temperature is the smaller number. Use the up and down arrow to adjust the desired temperature.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cupboard underneath the stairs.

There is a pull out drawer between the washing machine and tumble dryer. This is to put washing on only. The weight limit to be put on the shelf is ten (10) kilograms. Please observe this. Under no circumstances are children to be put on this shelf.

This should be relatively self explanatory however detailed instructions can be found here.

  • For maximum efficiency make sure you operate the product at its full capacity.
  • Load dryer, press on/off. Press start/pause/cancel to start the programme.
  • The dryer has extra dry, cupboard dry, normal, dry and iron dry functions.
  • Please clean the filter of lint in the door after use.
  • Please empty the water tank after each use (pull out at top left of machine).
  • Keep out of reach of children when energised or cooling down.
  • Use or set on its heel on a stable level, heat resistant surface, preferably an ironing board.
  • Don't leave unattended while plugged in or while standing on the ironing board.
  • Unplug before filling, cleaning and after use.
  • Don't operate the appliance if it malfunctions or leaks.
  • If the cable is damaged return the iron to avoid hazard.
