Accessibility Guide =================== We want to make sure everyone’s stay is enjoyable. We aim to accurately describe our facilities and services to give you the confidence to book the right accommodation for your requirements. There is parking for two cars directly outside the property. There is a short, flat gravel path to the front door. The front door key is inside a key safe adjacent to the front door. The key safe code will be provided prior to occupation. All bedrooms have windows providing natural daylight and have ceiling lights. The entire property is no-smoking. The ground floor is on one level without steps other than small thresholds at the front and rear doors. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers. The three bedrooms are downstairs with living accommodation (open plan kitchen, lounge etc) upstairs. The property does not have a lift. The door to the balcony upstairs has a raised threshold. Handrail is provided on the main staircase which has a ninety degree corner and is wide throughout. Both televisions have subtitle facilities. Please note there is a lake within approximately 20 ft of the property. Due to the wildlife dogs are not allowed on site. Access to the site of Fairway lakes is at the end of a lane and through a secured electronic vehicle gate. The code for this will be provided prior to occupation. The mobile phone signal inside the accommodation is variable depending on network and location; high speed wi-fi broadband internet is provided.
